After my stint in a devotional video album for Kunal music I was offered the role in Marathi television shows in DD1 Marathi serial ‘Family Dot Com’. I made my on-screen debut film starring Ashok Shinde, a movie named ‘Gammat eka ratri chi’ it was a Suspense Thriller.

My second film was a Love Triangle’ He Milan Shoubhagyache’ starring milind gavali & Dipali Sayed, I was playing the character of an innocent wife to the lead actor. January 2012 ‘He Milan Shoubhagyache’ film did receive Phalke Puraskar Award for the best regional film of the year, where my performance was appreciated.

It was my career turning point after this I was certain to work on social message genre film so my third film Aabhran (The word 'Aabhran' represents a piece of multi-coloured clothing that is worn around the waist) This offbeat drama brings to light the extraordinary ceremonial called "Potraj", that has plagued the local communities in Maharashtra. They beg (madaan) in the name of the goddess to live their livelihood and in return bless people for their offerings so that goddess takes away their agony and fury from their lives. People, who employ the Potraj ritual, go begging from door to door with multi-coloured clothes tied around their waist. Their costume includes heavy ornaments worn around the ankles that make rhythmic, tinkling sounds that are making sum rhythmic sound and a hand-drum (halgi). But behind this vibrant attire lies the deep dark side of their survival.

My fourth film an intercaste Love story ‘Tuch Gavcha Nayak’ Marathi in combination with Banjara film starring Mohan Joshi, Nagesh Bhosale. In my fifth film a social problem ‘Shikshanacha Jai Ho’ I was portrayed as a very poor unfortunate farmer’s wife and how she survived and struggled to educate her children.
