My thoughts on Society.....

Cinema is a mirror of society and a Quick fix to help reach mass through countenance and vocalising the real world matters thru its cinematic window.  Inshort cinema, both entertains and equally educates a large number of people So I always wanted to make or act in movies which has a great parallel tradition of poetic realism, stories dealing with social issues and locating heroism in common lives. I’m debuting my career in Hindi film with the Raj-Rajeshwar Productions’ association with my production banner under name of Mahalaxmi cinevision present much awaited film “Merit Animal”.is my first debut film as a producer cum actress 

Merit Animal revolves around Varun a young school boy who has a hard city life. Varun meets with an accident during a school competition and by the time opens his eyes finds himself in a village where he sees the different hues and truths of life.

I am playing a mother from the village that has a long lasting impact on Varun with her simplicity and innocence.  I have not only changed my looks but has also worked brilliantly on my costumes which make my character look different and real as per character ( poor farmer wife from village)

The film is directed by Junaid Imam a Mumbai based television film director and produced by Myself. 

As a film producer merit animal is a very special film for me. The message of this film is very unique and powerful.we have tried to make it creatively and technically strong. I am sure it will entertain globally
